1. When I publish text, I thought it, and wrote it. Shame on you, and lots of legal troubles, if you reproduce it in any way without my written consent.
2. When I publish a photo, it is original. Read: I took the photo. I got full copyright and again may you be forever tormented by demons and lawyers if you reproduce it without my written permission.
3. When I publish a screenshot, I took it on my PC. Of course, I do not hold the copyright to the content of the screenshot, but I try to make sure that the only content left readable is the funny part, so that no-one can complain. If you are the copyright holder of a clearly-recognizable item, and you find the post offensive, please write me and I will delete it.
4. When I publish a translation, I give full credit and reproduce only a small part of the original content, so that it will qualify as a "quote" and not as an unauthorized reproduction. This is why you wil not find whole song lyrics. If the author of the song provides the lyrics online, I will try to link to them, so that you can read the whole song. Same applies as point 2. A cease-and-desist is enough to make me back up if I do something wrong, no need to bring on the big guns without a warning.

4. Quando pubblico una traduzione, riproduco solo una piccola parte del contenuto originale, così che si qualifichi come "citazione" e non come riproduzione non autorizzata. Questo eè il motivo per cui non troverte i testi completi di canzoni. Se l'autore della canzone fornisce i testi online, cercherò di metter un link a questi, così che possiate leggere tutta la canzone. Lo stesso del punto 2. si applica qui. Una lettera ufficiale di diffida basta a farmi tornare indietro, non c'e' bisogno di tirare fuori i calibri grossi senza un avvertimento.
