Se avete problemi, qualcosa vi dà fastidio, la politica fa schifo, o qualcosa d'altro vi urta i nervi, basta che vi dirigiate al sito delle lamentele. Hey, guarda, è gratis! Come se normalmente si dovesse anche pagare, per lamentarsi o "scrivere una lettera"
