This episode was reported by a friend. He knew a pub that used to serve a free plate of pasta if you had a beer (yes, for real!). When he returned to the place after some months of not going there, he was unsure if they still had the same "free-pasta" policy, so he asked: "Do you still serve pasta with beer?" The waitress told them she would ask, since she was new and didn't know. She went away, and after a while came back, and answered "No, sorry, we serve pasta with zucchini, tomato sauce, cheese sauce... but no, we don't serve pasta with beer".

Questo episodio mi è stato raccontato da un amico. Conosceva un pub nel quale ti davano un piatto di pasta gratis se prendevi una birra (si, davero!). Quando ci è tornato dopo un po' che non ci andava, non era sicuro che avessero sempre la stessa politica di "pasta gratis", così ha chiesto: "Date ancora la pasta con la birra?". La cameriera gli ha risposto che avrebbe chiesto, perche' era nuova e non lo sapeva. E' andata via, e dopo un po' è tornata indietro e ha risposto: "No, scusa, abbiamo pasta con zucchine, pomodoro, formaggio... ma no, non serviamo pasta con la birra".
