Yes, this place is really called "Grumble square". Probably, this is where people went to make their remonstrations before the Internet allowed you to write a free letter using the complaint site presented some time ago!

Si, questo posto si chiama davvero "Piazzetta del Mugugno". Probabilmente, questo e' il posto dove la gente andava a fare le proprie rimostranze prima che Internet ti permettesse di scrivere una lettera gratis usando il sito delle lamentele presentato un po' di tempo fa!
